Use of the service must comply with applicable law, this policy, and provider-specific restrictions.
2

Prohibited Content

You may not use mind2video to create, request, upload, or distribute content in the following categories.

Child sexual content, sexual content involving minors, or age-inappropriate nudity.
Explicit sexual content, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content made for sexual exploitation.

Hate, extremist propaganda, harassment, threats, or targeted abuse against protected groups or individuals.

Illegal activity, including instructions for violent crime, weapons misuse, trafficking, or evading law enforcement.
Privacy or intellectual property violations, including unauthorized likeness use or infringing source assets.

Moderation and Review

We use automated checks and manual review to detect policy violations before and after generation.

Prompts and generation requests may be blocked before they reach an underlying model provider.
Uploads, outputs, account activity, and abuse reports may be reviewed when safety concerns are raised.
We may remove content, reverse access, or request additional information before restoring service.
4

Enforcement

Violations can result in rejected generations, deleted assets, refund refusal for completed digital services, account suspension, or permanent termination.

Serious violations may be reported where required by law or payment/provider obligations.
Attempts to bypass moderation or reuse blocked prompts count as policy violations.
5

Appeals and Contact

If you believe content was blocked or removed in error, contact support with your account email, task ID, and a short explanation so we can review the case.
